Movement Rolex caliber 3055, an "Officially Certified Superlative Chronometer" with a power reserve of 48 hours. Introduced around the same time as this reference, this is the fifth generation of movement to be placed inside the Day-Date and notably features a single-quick-set date function. Vintage 1977.
