- Overnight Delivery -- $150-$500 (U.S. Only) on items with a value up to $75,000.
  • Beverlyhillswatch.com is not responsible for duties incurred upon International Shipping -Free shipping does not apply on exchanges or repairs. Please refer to the RMA form for such shipping costs. All items are shipped "direct signature required", and someone will have to be physically present to sign for the item. There is no indirect delivery, and the courier will not leave the package if a door tag is left with a signature. We will not be held liable for any packages which arrive late due to the courier delays. Beverlyhillswatch.com is nor responsible for the courier delivering the package and the customer or someone over the age of 18 is not present to sign for the package. If the ordered package does not arrive on the given date, please contact us immediately. Any undelivered items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the promised arrival date. -In the case that a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, and thus returned to us, return and re-shipping charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of purchaser. Packages which have not been delivered or picked up by the customer for 3 days, will be returned to us at customer's expense; customer will also be liable for re-shipping fees. International packages to certain countries will not be fully insured, please contact us to find out if your country is on the list. If shipping occurs over a Holiday be advised shipping may be delayed.
  • If you do not use our pre-printed shipping label for returns, you accept the liability if the package does not arrive safely. We strongly encourage you to use our printed labels, but if you do not, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns & Replacements

The beverlyhillswatch.com warranty covers all new and used watches for the period of two years from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise in the listing. The warranty covers manufacturing defects & battery replacement only. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through beverlyhillswatch.com. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. beverlyhillswatch.com will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to beverlyhillswatch.com must be covered by the customer. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable. Return shipping expenses to the customer once the watch is repaired will be covered by beverlyhillswatch.com. Should repair be necessary, please click here to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indication the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers & email address.

After your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed and you will receive an invoice once your item(s) are packaged and ready to ship.
