Rolex Submariner 1680 Black Nipple Dial 18K Yellow Gold This vintage 1970s Rolex Submariner "Nipple Dial" 1680 has a mechanical automatic winding Rolex calibre 1570 movement. It's rhodium-plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment, and it's constructed with 26 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and. There is a Breguet hairspring balance with Microstella regulating screws, and a hacking device for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 19,800 vph (2.75Hz).
